The Kaffikaze Coffee Festival Is Coming To Oslo, Norway

Oslo is one of a world’s good coffee hubs. Attempting to list all of a cold goings-on in a collateral of Norway would fill this whole article, withdrawal no room to speak about one cold going-on in particular. So let’s skip all that and get to a beef of a thing: a Kaffikaze Coffee Festival.

Organized by Kaffikaze—a artistic group obliged for a final 3 AeroPress competitions in Norway—the festival takes place during a Vulkan Arena on Sep 30th and is somehow a city’s initial coffee festival. It comes in dual parts: a daytime “Taste and learn” and a night “Social and party.”

During a day, attendees will have entrance to tastings, classes, and lectures led by Talor Brown (Founder and spit of Talor Jørgen), Rory Rosenberg (Norwegian Barista Champion and co-founder of Oslo Cold Brew), and Odd-Steinar Tøllefsen (2015 World Brewers Cup Champion and co-owner of Supreme Roastworks), among others.

The night eventuality centers around a Norwegian AeroPress Championship, with conduct decider Tim Wendelboe. The leader will acquire a giveaway outing to contest in a World AeroPress Championship after this year is Seoul, South Korea. For those not competing, there will be coffee beer, coffee cocktails, and even coffee tattoos (what is it with tattoos during AeroPress competitions? we got a Chemex tattoo during a US AeroPress Championship in Atlanta final year. Is a uncanny trend happening?)

It will be a day filled with “hand brewed coffee, collection brewed coffee, iced coffee, cappuccinos, coffee soothing ice, coffee beer, coffee cocktails, coffee gadgets, coffee plants, coffee competitions, and so most more.” Tickets for a Kaffikaze Coffee Festival operation between KR180.00 and KR290.00 for daytime usually and full day passes, respectively, and can be purchased here.
