Those of we still wailing a detriment of Propagation, a ephemeral coffeehouse/furniture store in Mills 50, take heart.

Craft Common, by husband-and-wife group Brandon and Lindsay Duensing, will move a identical judgment this summer to a downtown core.

The space will “blend solemnly curated complicated home taste and accessories with a specialty coffee bar” pronounced Lindsay Duensing in an email.

“Our idea is to emanate an enchanting amicable atmosphere by a delicately allocated space consistent purify contemporary colors, complicated dried elements, veteran interior landscaping and neat Southern California design.”

Inspiration for Craft Common came from a couple’s travels opposite a country. The Duensings set out from their home in San Diego and trafficked 15,000 miles opposite 10 states in 7 months before parking their RV and settling in Orlando (she’s a Florida native; he’s a UCF grad).

Their store will occupy a 2,200-square-foot space during 47 E. Robinson St. (former home of Java Lava) and will offer a accumulation of home taste items, gifts, stationery, and accessories emphasizing splendid colors and striking patterns.

“Think Williams-Sonoma with an espresso bar,” says Lindsay. “We’re going for a SoCal vibe and a idea is to make it feel fun, amicable and cohesive.”

Craft Common will use Intelligentsia Coffee and will also offer pastries and other locally done goods.
