College students and coffee — they go hand-in-hand. Though sometimes, it’s hand-to-hand combat.
During a prolonged night of studying, many students spin to coffee to stay watchful or to make it by a bustling day. Mar outlines a finish of National Caffeine Awareness Month, and University of Iowa students are pity their caffeine-consumption habits.
Chicago-based researcher Datassential reported that millennials — people about 19 to 34 — devour 44 percent of coffee in a United States, according to an essay on Bloomberg. This age organisation uses coffee to change a bustling lives of immature adults.
Despite coffee being a common resolution to avoiding sleep, one consultant says that nap is essential for a healthy body. Mark Eric Dyken, a University of Iowa highbrow of neurology, pronounced it is essential to get nap each night. Although we have a 24-hour multitude since of a internet and bustling lives, he said, it is still critical to take caring of your body.
“You need 3 things in life — air, food, and sleep,” Dyken said. “There is something really physic about [sleep].”

Hodges and Lange pronounced that some of their favorite places to get coffee in a Iowa City area are Java House, Heirloom, and Starbucks. The new coffee emporium Cortado Coffee and Café was also named as a favorite.

As humans, Dyken said, we are daytime animals, and a bodies start to relax naturally during night. He does not, however, daunt a use of coffee though wants people to know that they should be discreet when regulating coffee to stay awake. Power naps are also an choice to caffeine, he said.
