For those who aren’t familiar, will we tell us about your company?
At a travel level, Civil House can be described as your standard, customer-focused, multi-roaster coffee shop, with a good curated array of pastries and imagination toasts. And to some people that’s all we might ever be. But on a most deeper level, Civil House is a perfection of years spent dreaming; for both Mack Chrisman (Designer/Manager) and Kevin Romeo (Owner).
Can we tell us a bit about a new space?
Our space is on a reduce turn of a three-story section building in downtown proper. Built in 1901, a space sports high, copper tile ceilings and strange hardwood floors.
What’s your proceed to coffee?
My concentration for years has been on coffee science, hands-on brewing, and primer everything. But during that time we have beheld a mislaid opportunities for patron interaction. Civil House will concentration on portraying a change between those dual worlds.
