INDIAN RIVER COUNTY —  Andrew Coffee IV, indicted Wednesday by a grand jury on mixed charges including murder, faced Indian River County Judge Joe Wild around video guard from a county jail early Friday.

Coffee, 23, was indicted with contributing to a sharpened genocide of his girlfriend, Alteria Woods, 21, during a Mar 19 sheriff’s drug raid during his home in Gifford.

Coffee was charged with attempted initial grade murder of a law-enforcement officer. No bond was set on a charge.

For a second assign of second-degree murder with a firearm, Wild gave Coffee a bond of $300,000.
