The Vineyard Haven library hosts a display by James Hayes-Bohanan, highbrow of embankment and coffee maven during Bridgewater State University, on Coffee, Chocolate, and Geographies of Resilience. The speak takes place on Sunday, Feb. 2, during 2 pm.
According to a press release, Hayes-Bohanan will residence a questions, What do coffee and chocolate have to do with geography, and how can possibly one lead to larger resilience? He’ll use his knowledge with his transport courses in coffee lands and his relations with farmers, roasters, and baristas to tell a story from seed to cup. Mocha Mott’s will yield coffee, and there will be a raffle for satisfactory trade chocolate bars.
