From roasting to brewing, a whole coffee knowledge is finished right inside Independent Bean Roasters, that recently non-stop on Seventh Avenue in Hendersonville.
The new coffee bar was non-stop by Matthew Hickman and Lisa Hoffman of Underground Baking Co. The thought behind a operation is transparency, quality, connection, preparation and passion, Hickman explained.

The Underground Baking Co. is also located on Seventh Avenue. Hickman sees it as a rising area in city wanting support from businesses and a village to continue to grow.
The staff is small, with Hickman roasting, Hoffman as a fritter cook and Sandy Polson as lead barista.
