Food Wine Magazine took a demeanour during a United States of Coffee and picked their favorite spit in all 50 states.
In Louisiana, a repository named Congregation Coffee in Algiers Point as a best.
Congregation’s founders Ian Barrilleaux and Eliot Guthrie met while operative during Cochon Butcher. They began roasting beans in 2015, offered their coffee both sell and indiscriminate to internal restaurants. The Algiers Point cafeteria was added dual years later. A second cafeteria is designed for a South Market District growth in a CBD.
Food Wine’s runners-up for best roasters in Louisiana are Reve Coffee Roasters in Lafayette and roeLA Roaster in Monroe.
