For a some-more brave drinkers, Slojoy Coffee Roasters offers a Mint Julep splash containing espresso, elementary syrup, and uninformed mint, jarred and poured over ice and surfaced with stimulating water. Café Santana Roasting Company, that is Latino owned, offers a Horchata Latte, Mexican Mocha, and homemade Lavender Latte, as good as a tip menu. For visitors looking for a hands-on training experience, Red Bay Coffee offers latte art classes, while Blue Bottle Coffee offers brewing classes and Highwire Coffee Roasters offers coffee tastings with their baristas.
Recently, a whole city has gifted something of a renaissance, with a record 3.8 million visitors flitting by a city in 2017, a 6.5 percent boost from 2016. Combined, those visitors spent $668 million, with $50.6 million going to state and internal taxation coffers. Those numbers have continued to increase, with a city adding a year on year expansion of 28 percent over a final 5 years.
