For a some-more brave drinkers, Slojoy Coffee Roasters offers a Mint Julep splash containing espresso, elementary syrup, and uninformed mint, jarred and poured over ice and surfaced with stimulating water. Café Santana Roasting Company, that is Latino owned, offers a Horchata Latte, Mexican Mocha, and homemade Lavender Latte, as good as a tip menu. For visitors looking for a hands-on training experience, Red Bay Coffee offers latte art classes, while Blue Bottle Coffee offers brewing classes and Highwire Coffee Roasters offers coffee tastings with their baristas.

Those numbers have continued to increase, with a city adding a year on year expansion of 28 percent over a final 5 years.
