Chocolate AND Coffee? Now You’re Talking
diAmano Chocolate is a tiny emporium in Sandy Springs palm creation chocolates with large flavors. Owner and chocolatier Faye Jonah combines chocolate and coffee in a series of ways including palatable espresso truffles, though we quite desired her espresso bark. It was combined when Roswell-based coffee association Land of a Thousand Hills asked diAmano Chocolate to furnish a special one-time holiday product – chocolate bellow with their belligerent coffee beans. Jonah says, “As it turns out, a dim chocolate and their belligerent coffee was a ideal combination. It’s so good we motionless to supplement it to a product line and it has been a strike ever since.” Dark chocolate is surfaced with belligerent coffee beans so we get to gnaw a small on a coffee while a chocolate melts in your mouth.
