After 12 years building a constant following with a Black Forest location, RR stretched into Monument only before a new year, privately into a building housing a Tri-Lakes YMCA and Centura Health Pavilion. Coffee use stays exceptional, evidenced by a Kick in a Pants — a dangerously smooth, four-shot breve fundamentally with a lurch of vanilla syrup to change a large espresso package. And a iced Sober Russian, also feathery from half-and-half, coffee-rich from a double shot and finishing easily honeyed from maple syrup.

Each is sensitive by a residence Red Stallion mix of Costa Rican, Colombian and Indian Monsoon Malabar beans, ensuing in citrus and chocolate aromas many notably. Coffee also shows adult in a delightfully spongy hiss mocha muffin done with espresso and Torani chocolate; though initial we assimilate a T.A.B.L.E. Sammich, blank a common avocado this morning though on-point differently with an egg, lettuce, tomato and kick-ass coffee-marinated bacon on a feathery RR cheddar biscuit, fruit on a side.

Fort Collins-made Horsetooth prohibited salsas move it home for a win.
