coffee bureau fire contained

A glow during a Dunedin coffee bureau has now been contained.

Crews from 7 stations attended a glow during Cerebos Greggs’ bureau in Forth St this morning.

It was believed to have started in a spit and was now contained to a integrate of hot-spots in a pipework, Senior Station Officer Kerry McNamara said.

The glow had been contained and crews would now work with engineers on site.

All workers were out and accounted for, he said.

Appliances from Dunedin Central, Lookout Point, Roslyn, St Kilda, Willowbank, Port Chalmers and Ravensbourne attended a blaze.

Firefighters from Mosgiel were called to yield back-up.
