Brian Kozlowski tainted his wife’s coffee and gets only 60 days in jail

A male in Michigan who was convicted of poisoning his mother by spiking her coffee perceived a judgment of 60 days in jail on Thursday — that he will offer on a weekends.

Brian Kozlowski, 46 — whose mother pronounced he attempted to kill her by fixation 8 sleeping pills in her morning coffee — was handed a judgment after an ardent plea from a former wife, Therese Kozlowski, according to The Macomb Daily.

“Brian’s continuous, methodical, and distributed tract to poison me enclosed a finish negligence for tellurian life, including his possess daughter, along with hundreds of other drivers who he put during risk each day for weeks,” Therese Kozlowski pronounced in court.

“I trust this was attempted murder. Once Brian satisfied he mislaid me and there was no removing me to stay in this diseased marriage, his idea was to discharge me.”

Judge Antonio Viviano in Macomb County Circuit Court was prone to give a male trial until he listened her plea.

The coffee spiking took place during a couple’s divorce in 2018. Therese pronounced she felt sleepy and ill and had confused prophesy after celebration a tainted coffee.

At one point, a couple’s adult daughter even drank a java.

Judge Viviano claimed that a ex-husband “does have a clarity of remorse.” Viviano afterwards handed him a two-month jail term, to be served on weekends.

The prosecutor in a box called it, “It’s a slap in a face” to a victim.
